For standard residential ESS models, lead time is typically 7–15 days after deposit. C&I cabinets and container BESS usually require 25–40 days. OEM / custom orders depend on the complexity of customization and order quantity; our sales team will provide a firm schedule in the quotation.

Residential ESS is backed by a standard 5-year product warranty, extendable to 10 years. C&I and utility-scale systems carry a 5-year product warranty (optional extension to 10 years), with a cell capacity warranty of ≥70% after 6000 cycles at 0.5C. All warranties are governed by the signed sales contract.

Yes. We provide installation manuals, wiring diagrams and video guides in English. For C&I and utility-scale projects, remote commissioning support via video is included; on-site engineer dispatch can be arranged for an additional service fee depending on the project location and scope.

Our battery systems are certified to IEC 62619, IEC 62933, IEC 62477, IEC 63056, IEC 61000, CE / EMC, UN38.3, MSDS and the CB Scheme. PV inverters carry CE / EMC. We also support additional local certifications (e.g. TISI for Thailand, SASO for Saudi Arabia, UL for North America) on a project basis.

Yes. We support private-label branding (logo, color, packaging, manual), parameter customization (capacity, voltage, communication protocol) and white-label APP / cloud platform. MOQ for custom orders starts from 1–5 units for residential samples; larger MOQs apply for C&I and container systems. See our OEM / ODM page for details.

LFP batteries are classified as UN3480 / UN3481. We ship by sea (LCL / FCL), air and rail with full UN38.3, MSDS and (if required) IECT / DGM declarations. We typically quote FOB Qingdao, CIF destination port, and DAP on request. All shipping documents are prepared by our forwarder.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners and larger projects, irrevocable L/C at sight can be discussed. PayPal and Western Union are available for sample orders. All payments are in USD; RMB can be arranged for domestic customers.

We offer 7×12 online support via email, WhatsApp and WeChat. Cloud-based remote monitoring (Modbus TCP / MQTT) allows our engineers to diagnose issues remotely. Spare parts are stocked at our factory and shipped within 48 hours of a confirmed defect. For major faults, replacement units are provided under warranty.

Yes. Our battery systems support standard CAN / RS485 / Modbus-RTU / Modbus-TCP communication and are pre-tested with major inverter brands (SMA, Sungrow, Goodwe, Sofar, Deye, Growatt, etc.). We can also adapt custom protocols based on your BMS / EMS requirement.

Grade-A LFP cells are rated for ≥8000 cycles at 0.5C, 25±2°C, retaining ≥70% capacity at end-of-life. System round-trip efficiency is ≥92% for liquid-cooled container systems and ≥95% for residential systems, with an expected design life of 10–15 years.

Yes. Sample units are available for most residential ESS and portable power station models at unit price (with a sample surcharge that is deductible from your later bulk order). C&I and container samples are discussed case by case.
