Liquid-Cooled Thermal Management

The HLY-SLS container systems use a closed-loop liquid cooling system with 50% ethylene glycol solution, maintaining cell temperature within ±2°C across the entire rack. This uniform temperature distribution extends cycle life and prevents hot-spot degradation, compared to conventional air-cooled systems that suffer from 5–8°C temperature differentials.

Multi-Level Safety Protection

Every system integrates cell-level fusing, module-level BMS monitoring, cluster-level protection, and system-level fire suppression. Options include aerosol suppression and perfluorohexanone (FK-5-1-12) clean agent systems. The IP55 enclosure and C3 anti-corrosion coating ensure reliable outdoor operation in harsh environments, with C4/C5 upgrades available for coastal or industrial sites.

Intelligent Energy Management

Built-in EMS supports peak shaving, demand charge management, time-of-use arbitrage, and renewable PV self-consumption. Communication protocols include Modbus TCP/RTU and MQTT, enabling seamless integration with SCADA systems and cloud-based monitoring platforms. Remote diagnostics and O&M reduce on-site service visits.

This modular approach lets you scale from 64kWh to 5MWh with the same platform.
